terms of commission
1. Please read everything here carefully before proceeding to the commission page.
2. All commissions are for personal use. For commercial use, fees will be added accordingly. If you do receive a commission, you are not allowed to remove my watermark unless you pay additional. Do not claim your commission as your own work.
3. Prices below $100 are non-negotiable.
4. You are comfortable with sending money via "friends/family" option on Paypal. My account is currently unavailable to send invoices; if you are not comfortable with the aforementioned method/trust my services, please do not avail a commission as I cannot receive money otherwise. You may ask for a free compensation colored sketch for the trouble.
5. You are not allowed to use a commission if you are not the commissioner.
6. If you wish to back out of the commission or want a refund; please refer below for my conditions:
6.1. If you back out during the sketch phase, you will be refunded 100% of your money.
6.2 If you back out during the line art phase, you will be refunded 75% of your money.
6.3 If you back out during the coloring phase, you will be refunded 50% of your money.
6.4 [ for Live2D commission] If you back out during the animation phase, you will be refunded 25% of your commission.
7. If my queue will take time to get through but you would like to reserve a slot, you may pay 50% of the price and pay the remaining when I get to your commission. I will not start a commission unless it is payed fully unless the client has a reason as to why they cannot pay upfront.
8. I will not/cannot draw the following:
8.1 Anything that incites hate speech/terrorism
8.2 Mecha/Robots
8.3 Bara/Muscled people
8.4 Heavy gore/body horror
8.5 Anything I am uncomfortable with/not skilled in drawing

By reading the terms of commission above, you understand and agree to the conditions in accordance to my services.
Thank you for your interest! Please read the following before proceeding to the commission prices
I. GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. The prices on the sheet are base prices, additional fees such as for backgrounds, complicated designs, etc. depends on complexity of the commission.
1.1 If I have multiple commissions beforehand I will inform you that it will take some time to achieve yours; either be patient with me to finish earlier commissions or an additional fee may be added to have it prioritized and finished at a certain date.
2. The prices for .png/.gif commissions are for personal use only. If you are interested in commissioning me for commercial work an additional fee will be added depending on what will be negotiated.
2.1 It is classified as commercial work if you will earn money in any way with the use of my art (Twitch affiliate, merchandise, etc.)
2.2 Royalties are to be given to me if you plan to sell my art for merchandise.
3. For both personal and commercial use, I would like to be credited still as the artist of the work. Please do not claim my commission as your own.
4: My paypal is currently having issues at the moment (paypal withholding money from me) and I can only accept payment through the client sending me the money via my paypal address and through the sending to a friend/family method. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience. As compensation, the client may ask for an additional colored sketch for free.
5 Full payment shall be upfront. I will start on your commission once I confirm with you that the payment has been received. I will not do the commission unless full payment is given, installments are negotiable.
6. For further questions/inquiries, please contact me through any of the given contact methods below.
7. As I progress with your commission, I shall continuously update you on it. Please make the changes within these opportunities as I may not be able to alter anything once I apply shading as it might result to lowering the quality of your commission.
7.5 You shall receive the final commission in 2 .png files (one with a background and one transparent) and a .gif file if the commission animated.
II. LIVE2D GUIDELINES
1. Live2D model commissions prices covers basic animations such as eye movement[1.1], mouth movement[1.2], breathing, hair + accessory(ies) physics, and XYZ Rig[1.3]. For additional expressions, each will cost $50
1.1 Blinking, eyebrow movement, iris movement
1.2 Opening and closing of the mouth, smiling and frowning
1.3 XYZ Rig refers to the movement of the model to face left, right, up, down, and swaying side to side
2. Live2D prices are for commercial use already, hence the spike in price. If you wish to negotiate lower for personal use only, please contact me.
3. For Live2D model commissions you will receive a zip file containing the files you need in order to run it on FaceRig with the Live2D module along with instructions on how to run it (if the client is not familiar with the program).
III. How does it work? (commission process)
[STEP 1] The client is to send me a clear description of what they want me to draw, this includes but not limited to: character description/references, poses, etc. The client is to also provide an e-mail to receive the commission in high quality.
[STEP 2] I will send a sketch to serve as confirmation for your commission; once approved, upfront payment will proceed.
[STEP 3] If no prior queue, I will proceed with the line art phase. Once done, it will be shown to you [the client]. Please make any changes before proceeding to the next phase.
[STEP 4] I will proceed with the coloring phase once everything is good with the line art phase. Once done, it will be shown to you [the client]. If it is a .png commission, it will be directly sent to your provided e-mail. If animated/Live2D, please make any changes before I proceed with the animation phase.
[STEP 5] I will proceed with animation and will show you WIPs via your preferred contact method; they will be sent in .mp4 files. When this process is done, you will receive an e-mail that includes:
> .zip file that contains all needed files
> instructions on how to run it on FaceRig
IV. PRICES
LIVE2D MODEL:
BUST Commercial use: $350 (Model + Rig)
BUST Model Only: $250
BUST Rig Only: $150
FULL BODY Commercial use: $700 (Model + Rig)
FULL BODY Model Only: $450
FULLY BODY Rig Only: $300
PNG BUST:
base: $25
additional character: + $20
PNG KNEE-UP:
base: $50
additional character: + $40
ANIMATED BUST (.gif):
per frame: $25
additional character per frame: + $20
ANIMATED KNEE-UP (.gif):

additional character per frame: + $40
LAYOUTS (banners/stream layout/etc): $30~$45 (depending on complexity each; if it the same two layouts but with minimal tweaks it will range from +$10~$15)
